工作簽證 (Z)
Z字簽證是發給來中國任職或就業的人員及其隨任家屬。
請提供以下文件：
- 有效期6個月以上（自遞交申請之日起）、有空白簽證頁的護照正本；
- 签证申请表（V.2013）一份，並附2X2英寸彩色近照一張，粘貼在申請表上；
- 中國國內被授權單位的簽證通知函電（或傳真），及勞動和社會保障部簽發的《中華人民共和國外國人就業許可證》或國家外國專家局簽發的《聘請外國專家確認件》等原件及副本；
- 來華工作人員的隨任家屬家属则需办理S1签证，須提供中國國內被授權單位的簽證通知函電或其它足以證明親屬關係的文件（如結婚證、出生證等），但無需提供就業批准檔；
- 非美國護照申請人需要附上美國有效合法居留證明文件副本;
(此簽證只有一次入境期000天3个月有效,回中國后在一个月之内到當地公安局,办理居留证及加签签证,需带备一切就 业文件.逗留期及次數由中國方面決定.)
辦理方式：
申請人可親自将申请文件送到本社或将文件連同已付费的回郵信封寄到以下地址：iChiban Travel, 2473 South Archer Ave., Chicago, IL 60616
請務必如實、完整地填寫申請表格各項內容；填寫不實或漏填或字跡不清楚都可能導致拒簽或延誤旅行。

The regular processing time is 4 working days. For express service, additional fees of $30 for 1 working day processing (applications presented before 11:00am may be picked up between 2:30pm - 3:00pm on the same day), $20 for 2-3 working days processing will be charged.
接受現金支票（ Money Order、Cashier’s check ）、公司支票、現金。 支票抬頭請寫：iChiban Travel。
Visa Validity and Duration of Stay
Usually, the validity of a Single Entry or Double Entry "Z" visa is 90 days or 180 days from the date of issue. This means the holder of the visa shall enter China no later than 90 days or 180 days from the date of issue, otherwise the visa is expired and is null and void. The duration of stay of a "Z" visa is 30 days, which means the holder of the visa may stay in China for up to 30 days from the date of entry. The visa officer may extend the Duration of Stay if the applicant needs and requests a stay in China for more than 30 days.
Additional information
Any person suffering from a mental disorder, leprosy, AIDS, venereal diseases, contagious tuberculosis or other such infectious diseases shall not be permitted to enter China.
