非利益的商務訪問簽證 (F)
F字簽證系發給應邀來中國訪問、考察、講學、進行科技文化交流及短期進修、實習等活動不超過六個月的人員。
提供以下文件:
- 有效期6個月以上（自遞交申請之日起）、有空白簽證頁的護照正本；
- 签证申请表 (V.2013) 一份，並附2X2英寸彩色近照一張，粘貼在申請表上；
- 所有以公司,学校及团体邀請個人的,如開會,訪問,短期學習,考察等,需要有中國公司,学校,团体办事处蓋章邀請信；
- 機票複印件；
- 在中國出生，後加入外國國籍者，第一次申請簽證，還需出示原中國護照原件或副本；
- 非美國護照申請人需要附上美國有效合法居留證明文件副本。
- 以下人員可申請兩年多次簽證
- 持有在華投資證明、營業執照、聘書等人員；或，
- 一年內已兩次以上持F字簽證赴華或曾持有多次F字簽證，並提供原F字簽證副本。
辦理方式：
申請人可親自将申请文件送到本社或将文件連同已付费的回郵信封寄到以下地址：iChiban Travel, 2473 South Archer Ave., Chicago, IL 60616
請務必如實、完整地填寫申請表格各項內容；填寫不實或漏填或字跡不清楚都可能導致拒簽或延誤旅行。

The regular processing time is 4 working days. For express service, additional fees of $30 for 1 working day processing (applications presented before 11:00am may be picked up between 2:30pm - 3:00pm on the same day), $20 for 2-3 working days processing will be charged.
接受現金支票（ Money Order、Cashier’s check ）、公司支票、現金。 支票抬頭請寫：iChiban Travel。
Visa Validity and Duration of Stay
Usually, the validity of a Single Entry or Double Entry "F" visa is 90 days or 180 days from the date of issue. This means the holder of the visa shall enter China no later than 90 days or 180 days from the date of issue, otherwise the visa is expired and is null and void. The duration of stay of a "F" visa is 30 days, which means the holder of the visa may stay in China for up to 30 days from the date of entry. The visa officer may extend the Duration of Stay if the applicant needs and requests a stay in China for more than 30 days.
Additional information
Any person suffering from a mental disorder, leprosy, AIDS, venereal diseases, contagious tuberculosis or other such infectious diseases shall not be permitted to enter China.
