1. Application (DS-82 Form) , SIGN APPLICATION AT THE POST OFFICE.
2. Passport photographs x 2 (no digital photos)
3. Authorization form (we will prepare)
4. Proof of departure (travel itinerary, we will prepare)
5. After competing step 1 thru step 4, bring the envelope to the post office in person, tell them apply the expedited passport service and sign the application at the post office. Then bring back the “sealed” envelope (DO NOT OPEN THE ENVELOPE) with the servicing fee to our agent.

Children passports are valid for 5 years and adult passports are valid for 10 years. No passport renewals for children.
